It's not a reality show, its a real reno
Pinaster Place is half renovation & half rebuild.
Its a re-invention of our family home, and so far, its been all on paper. Work began in October 2010, and the builders have set a cracking pace.
Well, the original 12-month completion is a few months behind, but we're so close to finishing it! (And we're going mental in the rental!)

The walls are going up and up
Walls around the "bunker" garage and playrrom are going up, being water-proofed, and strengthened to retain the back-fill that will eventually come...
