Pinaster Place is half renovation & half rebuild.



Its a re-invention of our family home, and so far, its been all on paper. Work began in October 2010, and the builders have set a cracking pace.



Well, the original 12-month completion is a few months behind, but we're so close to finishing it! (And we're going mental in the rental!)

The Silver Spaceship


Its Hugo's 4th Birthday, and the Silver Spaceship still hovers over Pinaster Place. Hopefully this will be the last picture before the cladding goes on the outside.

There's been plenty of work on plumbing and electricity inside these last weeks.
