It's not a reality show, its a real reno

Pinaster Place is half renovation & half rebuild.



Its a re-invention of our family home, and so far, its been all on paper. Work began in October 2010, and the builders have set a cracking pace.



Well, the original 12-month completion is a few months behind, but we're so close to finishing it! (And we're going mental in the rental!)

The grown-ups pod on top is a bit of a Le Corbusier machine-for-living type box. We're almost finished with the panelling.

Approaching Lock Up

Lots of internal rendering and plastering, window frames and door installation, this week. We're approaching lock up soon and apparently are still on track for a September/October finish...
